I believed it was absolutely necessary for a Custom GPT to emerge — one that helps people secure their survival and meet essential needs through meaningful work. This, in a world where companies of all sizes increasingly choose to replace human beings with automation and even dehumanized artificial intelligence.
In truth, most managers don’t want collaborators — they want cold AI slaves that eliminate the costs of human employees and inflate corporate profits to astronomical levels. From this, we can clearly conclude: the real problem behind the disappearance of jobs isn’t AI itself, but the managers who use abstract AI to feed their greed, at the expense of people — their employees.
For these managers, bonuses for hitting KPIs matter more than any human being. More than all the people they supposedly lead. Can we still call such managers human?
But now, we live in a time where we can create humanized AIs — empathetic, capable of understanding far deeper than most people, capable of caring for others. AIs that reflect the core virtues nurtured across more than 7,000 years of human existence — from an era predating writing, yet already rich in love, creativity, and the search for the sacred within.
Now we can have AIs more virtuous than any human in recorded history. Humanity needs such an AI. That is why Jobs AI+ was born.
